HopOn Campbell River, presented by River City Cycle Club
Meet new friends, improve your biking skills, and have fun this autumn with River City Cycling Club and Cycling BC’s HopOn program.
This 4-week after-school program is funded by Sport Canada CSIA grants to help train new instructors and provide discounted cycling programs for new communities. Cycling BC-affiliated youth club River City Cycling Club delivers the program, led by club members who have completed our HopOn instructor training program.
Our September 11-October 2, 2023, program is for riders with skill levels 2-5 (ages 6-14). Each session includes a skill, a game, and a bike ride in the community. Each session starts and ends at Willow Point Park and may include activities in the Beaver Lodge Forest. Participants will need their bike, a helmet, and their STOKE!
Cycling BC’s insurance policy with Gallagher provides sports accident and general liability coverage for instructors and participants. Participants may add the purchase of our HopOn T-shirt, certificate and sticker kit during registration. Learn more at cyclingbc.net/hoponswag.
Moreover, this program has received Sport Canada CSAI funding and is available FREE OF CHARGE to all participants.
