Event Information

HopOn Abbotsford, presented by St. John Brebeuf Bears

Hello! I’m Martin Lavrik, and over the past seven seasons, my team of HopOn Instructors and I have enjoyed helping kids in the Abbotsford area build confidence, friends, and an appreciation for the challenges of outdoor exercise.

Our 2024 spring program is for riders with skill levels 5+ (ages 13-18). Each session includes a skill, a game, and a bike ride in the community. Participants must supply their bicycles and helmets. *This program is only available for students enrolled at St. John Brebeuf.

Cycling BC’s insurance policy with Gallagher provides sports accident and general liability coverage for instructors and participants.

As recipients of a HopOn Development Grant, our instructors have registered with Cycling BC, undergone NCCP training, and completed a background screening. In addition, Cycling BC’s insurance policy with Gallagher provides sports accident and general liability coverage for instructors and participants.
