DESCRIPTION:HopOn Coquitlam @ Mundy Park \nHello! I’m Ben Chaddock\, and over the past 8 seasons\, my team of HopOn Instructors and I have enjoyed helping kids in British Columbia build confidence\, friends\, and an appreciation for the challenges of outdoor exercise. \nOur 2022 autumn after-school program\, in partnership with the City of Coquitlam\,  is for riders with skill levels 3-5 (ages 8-12). Our six sessions include a few skills\, a game\, and a bike ride in the community. Participants will need their bike\, a helmet\, and their STOKE! \nAs recipients of a HopOn Development Grant\, our instructors have registered with Cycling BC\, undergone NCCP training\, and completed a background screening. In addition\, Cycling BC’s insurance with Gallagher provides sports accident and general liability coverage for instructors and participants. Children become Cycling BC HopOn Members through the registration process and receive liability and sports accident coverage during HopOn activities through the remainder of the calendar year. \nRiders ready to tackle more challenging terrain (level 5-6\, ages 10+) can check out our Pizza Cats Club Practices here.
