We recommend using a computer (not your mobile device) to register. I’m Drew Nelson\, and I am starting a new after-school bike skills program in the Tri-Cities for young children this spring.  I am a long-time cyclist and a parent to a young child. I am excited to start a new program in our neighbourhood and build upon the success of previous cycling events in the community. \nOur 2022 spring program is for riders with skill levels 0-1 (ages 4-6). This means our program is for 5-year-olds transitioning from their run bike to their pedal bike or helping new pedalers build confidence and make friends. \nOur six sessions include a few skills\, a game\, and a bike ride in the community. Parents of children still learning to pedal are welcome to stay during the session and provide support. Participants will need their bike\, a helmet\, and their STOKE! \nAs recipients of a HopOn Development Grant\, our instructors have registered with Cycling BC\, undergone NCCP training\, and completed a background screening.
